Welcome to Woodwerx of Yorkshire

Woodwerx of Yorkshire is a new website designed to provide a range of craft supplies to the world of pyrography, woodturning, carving, hobbyist, and even the artist.

We also have a craft shop where you will find a selection of gifts, all hand made in our workshop.

We feel that we stand out from the crowd by offering the "What You See Is What You Get" approach. There is no need to travel miles to your nearest craft outlet, just browse our pages, select your item, and What You See Is What You Get.

Numerous different wood types, shapes and sizes are available to purchase, giving you the best possibility of finding that woodturning blank you are looking for. It is also worth noting that all of our wood, whether home grown in the UK or imported, is obtained from sustainable, managed woodlands and forests.

Although we aim to have as many woodturning blanks and pyrography blanks listed as possible on the site, it may be that we have what you are looking for, or a suitable alternative, in stock but not listed. New P&P Details

After reviewing the postage and packaging details for the site, we have been able to reduce the packaging charge that is built into the cost, meaning the P&P is CHEAPER than before. We still aim to make sure that what you pay is fair and the overall P&P will still be combined and adjusted according to the weight of the overall shopping basket. This will ensure that you ONLY pay what it actally costs and no more.
